New Topic - Our Community!

We will be looking at all aspects of our communities and thinking about what are the things that make a good community.  In particular we will think about our own role in the community and how we all, by being polite, not dropping litter, and even smiling, can make our community a better place!

Other areas we will focus on include:

• Home, family, extended family
• Bin men (or women!), recycling
• Local shops: pet shop, newsagents, hairdressers, cafes
• Services: Post office, doctors, dentists, opticians, library, health visitor, police station
• Places we visit: park, ducks, beach, tarka trail, swimming pool, garden centre, gymnastics, ballet

Goodbye Larissa :-(

We are very sad to say goodbye to Larissa from the Braunton branch in June as she and her family are moving away.  You can read Larissa's goodbye message and get an update on how her departure will affect staffing at the nursery on our news page.

Little Fishes Fun Sheets

We regularly publish new and exclusive Little Fishes fun sheets on this website to accompany the work we do in the nursery.  Our fun sheets aim to keep family and friends up to date with the work we are doing and they give a great opportunity for the work and learning of nursery to extend into the home.  There is always something to colour in, as well as things to count and resources to support the current topic.
